Cabby is a PC software that integrates with flight simulation programs such as Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane. It emulates cabin crew announcements using either the user's voice or built-in voices.

Cabby offers a one-time purchase option for users who do not wish to subscribe to the monthly service. By purchasing the Software, you agree to pay the applicable one-time fee and any related taxes.

2.2. Subscription

Cabby offers a monthly subscription service according to the selected plan presented on our website. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any related taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

The features included in each plan are presented on our website. GlideByte reserves the right to modify the features included in each plan at any time. Proper notice will be given to subscribers in case of any changes.

2.1.1. AI Voice Generation

Cabby supports AI voice generation for cabin crew announcements using your voice. By using this feature, you agree to the terms and conditions of the voice generation service provider.

2.1.2. Built-in Voices

Cabby also offers built-in voices for cabin crew announcements. These voices are provided by third-party vendors and are subject to their terms and conditions.

2.1.3. Public Voice Models

Cabby allows users to create their own voice models and share them with the public. By sharing your voice models, you agree to allow other users to use them in their cabin crew announcements.

3. Integration with Third-Party Software

3.1. Flight Simulation Software

Cabby is designed to work in conjunction with third-party flight simulation software, including but not limited to Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane. GlideByte is not responsible for the performance or reliability of these third-party programs.

3.2. Flight Plan Data

To fetch flight plans, Cabby requires integration with a SimBrief account. By using the Software, you agree to provide your SimBrief account information and authorize Cabby to access your flight plans. Please review SimBrief's terms and privacy policy for more information.

Payment for Cabby is processed through FastSpring. By subscribing to Cabby, you agree to FastSpring's terms and privacy policy. GlideByte does not store any payment information provided during the checkout process.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website.

Users have the right to request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Other cases will be considered individually.
